Q8Aviation has won a five-year contract with the aviation branch of the Dutch National police to supply jet fuel for its fleet of helicopters based at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport. Fuel for the helicopters, which are used for emergency response work and surveillance, is sourced from the AFS fuel storage terminal at Schiphol and delivered by trucking partner Schenk Tanktransport.

Q8Aviation recently hosted a virtual Technical Workshop for more than 80 clients from countries across Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Asia. Held annually to discuss changes and issues in the aviation fuel sector, this was the first time the workshop had been held online, in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Q8Aviation’s technical team recently hosted a workshop in Dubai to share knowledge on the latest developments in the refuelling sector. It was attended by 25 of Q8Aviation’s technical services clients, from airports large and small.
