Q8Aviation is delighted to announce that it has secured a major contract for fuelling at Hamburg airport, effective from 1st June.
Hamburg is Germany’s fifth busiest airport carrying 13.5 million passengers in 2013. It is one of six German airports in Q8Aviation’s extensive regional network, together with Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Cologne, Hahn and Nuremburg.
Major airlines operating from Hamburg include Easyjet, Air Berlin, Germanwings, Condor and TUIfly.

Q8Aviation’s parent company Kuwait Petroleum Corporation (KPC) has become Europe’s leading overseas jet fuel supplier, according to the latest data from the International Energy Agency (IEA). In the first six months of 2013, imported fuel from Kuwait rose by over two-thirds to more than 1.8 million tons, propelling KPC from third place in 2012 to the top position this year.
